Prepare the Turkey Patties
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Assemble the Bowls
- In each bowl, layer cooked quinoa, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and sliced avocado.
- Place a turkey patty on top of each bowl.
- Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and add a dollop of hummus on the side.
