Ingredients
  

Turkey Patties
  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for grilling
Bowl Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups mixed greens spinach, arugula, etc.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup hummus for topping

Method
 

Prepare the Turkey Patties
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Assemble the Bowls
  1. In each bowl, layer cooked quinoa, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and sliced avocado.
  2. Place a turkey patty on top of each bowl.
  3. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and add a dollop of hummus on the side.
