Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz tri-color rotini pasta cooked and cooled
Vegetables
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup red onion finely chopped
Dressing
  • 1 cup Italian dressing store-bought or homemade
Herbs
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped
Cheese
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Cook the tri-color rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
Mix the Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, parsley, basil, and feta cheese.
Add Dressing
  1. Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
Chill and Serve
  1. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
