Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb Large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Snow crab legs
  • 1 lb Mussels cleaned
Vegetables
  • 2 medium Potatoes cut into quarters
  • 2 ears Corn cut into halves
  • 1 medium Onion quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic smashed
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Water
  • 4 qt Water for boiling

Method
 

Prepare the ingredients
  1. Fill a large pot with 4 quarts of water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the potatoes, corn, onion, and garlic to the boiling water.
  3. Season the water with Old Bay seasoning and salt.
Cook the seafood
  1. Boil the vegetables for about 10-15 minutes until tender.
  2. Add the shrimp, crab legs, and mussels to the pot.
  3. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through and mussels have opened.
Serve
  1. Drain the seafood and vegetables using a colander.
  2. Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Serve hot with additional Old Bay seasoning if desired.
