  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt Opt for unsweetened, low-fat yogurt.
  • 1 large Ripe Banana Choose ripe bananas for optimal sweetness.
  • 0.5 cup Peanut Butter Use natural peanut butter without added sugars or xylitol.
Mix-Ins
  • 0.5 cup Carrot Puree Homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 cup Filtered Water Can use tap water if safe.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all the necessary ingredients: plain yogurt, ripe bananas, peanut butter, and any favorite fruits or veggies.
  2. In a mixing bowl or blender, combine one cup of plain yogurt, one ripe banana, and half a cup of peanut butter. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If adding fruits or veggies, chop them into small pieces and fold them gently into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, smoothing out the tops.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully solidified.
  6. Serve the frozen treats to your pup with love.
