Preparation Steps
  1. Select ripe mangoes and slice off the stem end. Cut along the pit to create two large halves and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Blend the mango flesh with freshly squeezed lime juice until smooth.
  3. Taste the mango puree and add sugar or honey to sweeten as needed, blending until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  5. Once firm yet scoopable, serve in bowls or cones, garnished with mint leaves or lime zest.
