Ingredients
  

Coffee Base
  • 1 cup coarse ground coffee preferably medium roast
  • 4 cups water filtered water for brewing
Serving Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk whole, almond, or oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional for flavor
  • 2 cups ice cubes made from water

Method
 

Prepare Coffee
  1. In a coffee maker, combine the coarse ground coffee and water. Brew according to the coffee maker's instructions.
Cool the Coffee
  1. Once brewed, allow the coffee to cool to room temperature. You can refrigerate it for faster cooling.
Assemble Iced Coffee
  1. In a glass, add ice cubes. Pour cooled coffee over the ice, filling the glass about 3/4 full.
  2. Add milk, sugar, and vanilla extract to taste. Stir well to combine.
Serve
