Assemble the Foil Packets
- Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil, about 12x12 inches each.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the foil pieces, placing it in the center of each piece.
- Fold the foil over the mixture to create a sealed packet, making sure it is tightly closed.
Cook the Packets
- Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven.
- Cook for about 30 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Carefully open the packets (steam will escape) and serve hot.
