  • 2 cups baby potatoes halved
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup onion diced
Seasonings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, and onion.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to combine.
Assemble the Foil Packets
  1. Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil, about 12x12 inches each.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among the foil pieces, placing it in the center of each piece.
  3. Fold the foil over the mixture to create a sealed packet, making sure it is tightly closed.
Cook the Packets
  1. Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven.
  2. Cook for about 30 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  3. Carefully open the packets (steam will escape) and serve hot.
