Cheese Dip Ingredients
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded sharp or mild, based on preference
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce optional, for heat
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Cheese Dip
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce (if using). Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
