Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Vegetables
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved Can substitute with apples.
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced
Dressing
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with mayonnaise.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped Or 1 tablespoon dried dill.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced celery, halved grapes, and sliced green onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
