Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  2. Chop garlic finely and cut steak into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking the Pasta
  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Searing the Steak
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak pieces until browned, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Making the Sauce
  1. Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the creamy sauce and steak. Toss until pasta is coated.
