  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup mixed greens for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped celery, and halved grapes.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
