Ingredients
  

Skewers
  • 20 pieces cherry tomatoes halved
  • 20 pieces fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini
  • 20 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic glaze for drizzling

Method
 

Assemble Skewers
  1. On each skewer, thread a cherry tomato half, followed by a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving space at the ends for handling.
  2. Continue this process until all ingredients are used up.
Serve
  1. Arrange the assembled skewers on a serving platter.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
