Ingredients
  

Chicken Salad Base
  • 2 cans canned chicken drained and shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts optional
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Salad
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained and shredded canned chicken, mayonnaise, diced celery, halved grapes, and chopped walnuts if using.
  2. Add dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Serve immediately on bread, in a wrap, or over a bed of greens.
