Ingredients
  

Dough and Base
  • 1 lb Pizza Dough Fresh or frozen
Toppings
  • 8 oz Burrata Cheese Creamy and rich
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce High-quality canned or homemade
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Vibrant green leaves
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Extra virgin for drizzling
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Freshly cracked
  • to taste Red Pepper Flakes Optional for spice

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Mix flour, yeast, and warm water in a large bowl. Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let rise covered for about an hour until doubled in size.
Preheat the Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) while the dough rises.
Shape the Pizza
  1. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into two portions. Roll out each portion into a round shape on a floured surface.
Add Toppings
  1. Spread tomato sauce on the pizza base, add mozzarella, burrata, fresh basil, and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake It Up
  1. Transfer the topped pizza onto a baking sheet and bake until the crust is golden and crispy.
