Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients for the blueberry lemon bread.

  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  6. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in the blueberries.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
