Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Toppings
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce divided
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup red onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Pizza
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside to heat.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza peel or baking sheet. Spread half of the barbecue sauce over the dough.
  4. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and red onion.
  5. Drizzle the remaining barbecue sauce over the top.
  6. Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, slice, and serve.
