Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Pizza
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside to heat.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza peel or baking sheet. Spread half of the barbecue sauce over the dough.
- Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and red onion.
- Drizzle the remaining barbecue sauce over the top.
- Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, slice, and serve.
