Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough
  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce your favorite brand
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  2. Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the dough.
  3. Top with shredded chicken, red onions, and mozzarella cheese.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Serve
  1. Garnish with chopped cilantro, slice, and serve hot.
