  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and deveined
Tortillas
  • 8 pieces Corn Tortillas Soft
Vegetables
  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage Green or purple
  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo Fresh salsa
  • 1 piece Avocado Ripe
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Fresh
Condiments
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil High-quality
  • 1 lime Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • optional Hot Sauce To taste

Method
 

Prep the Shrimp
  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Combine lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl. Toss shrimp in the marinade and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
Cook the Shrimp
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add marinated shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
Prepare the Tacos
  1. Warm corn tortillas on another skillet or over an open flame for 30 seconds on each side until soft.
