  • 1 cup sprinkles red, white, and blue

Method

Prepare the Cake
  1. Bake the vanilla cake according to the package instructions. Let it cool completely.
Make Cake Pops
  1. Crumble the cooled cake into a mixing bowl. Add frosting and mix until well combined.
  2. Form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Insert cake pop sticks into each ball and freeze for about 30 minutes.
Coat Cake Pops
  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, adding coconut oil to thin it out.
  2. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  3. Sprinkle with red, white, and blue sprinkles before the coating sets.
Decorate
  1. Melt the red and blue candy melts separately and drizzle over the coated cake pops for decoration.
  2. Allow the cake pops to set completely in a styrofoam block.
