- 1 cup brewed strong coffee (cooled)

Instructions
- Brew strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for about 1-2 seconds.
- In a trifle dish or individual cups, layer soaked ladyfingers followed by half of the pumpkin filling. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and finish with the remaining filling.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
