  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pie crust (9-inch)
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, eggs, and heavy cream until smooth.
