- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, pumpkin spice blend, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix canned pumpkin puree with granulated and brown sugars until smooth. Add eggs and oil or melted butter; whisk until blended.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula until no flour streaks remain. Optionally, fold in chocolate chips.
