- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

- While chicken cooks, chop mixed greens and halve cherry tomatoes. Dice avocado into small cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced chicken, mixed greens, tomatoes, corn, black beans, avocado, and cilantro if desired. Toss with half the dressing.
