- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 4 pita breads (soft and warm)
- 1 cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat each chicken breast evenly with the mixture.
- Place the seasoned chicken on the baking sheet spaced apart for even cooking. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the chicken cooks, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic (optional), and chopped dill in a bowl to make the tzatziki sauce. Mix well.
