- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 fresh jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 green onions (sliced thin)
- 2 cups crushed corn tortilla chips
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pot, boil water and cook chicken until no longer pink inside (about 15-20 minutes). Shred the cooked chicken.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and jalapeños until well combined.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips at the bottom. Spread the chicken mixture over the chips and top with remaining chips and cheddar cheese.
