  • Beef flank steak
  • Rice noodles
  • Bell peppers

  • Ginger

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Thinly slice flank steak against the grain and chop bell peppers and carrots.
  2. Cook noodles: Boil rice noodles for about 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté aromatics: Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Stir-fry beef: Add sliced beef seasoned with salt; cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, then remove from the pan.
  5. Cook vegetables: In the same pan, stir-fry bell peppers and carrots for 3-5 minutes until slightly tender.
  6. Combine: Return beef to the pan, add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and chili paste. Toss until well-coated.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
