- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Sauté chopped onions in olive oil over medium heat until translucent (about 5 minutes).
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, sautéed onions, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread ketchup on top; sprinkle with brown sugar if desired.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
