  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Optional: 1 cup cooked chicken or tofu

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions (4-5 minutes) until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add mixed vegetables and minced garlic; stir-fry until tender-crisp (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Drain the noodles and add to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
