Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until it runs clear to remove excess starch.
- Add the rinsed rice, water or broth, salt, and butter or oil into the Instant Pot.
- Secure the lid and set the valve to sealing. Select 'Manual' and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Allow a natural release for 10 minutes before switching the valve to venting position.
- Carefully fluff the rice with a fork and serve immediately.
