Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large Russet potatoes

  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped chives or green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Wash and poke holes in the Russet potatoes; bake directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes until tender.
