- 12 slider buns
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or sliced
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (chunky)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with parsley and thyme until combined.
- Slice each slider bun in half and spread herb mayo on both sides. Layer turkey on the bottom bun.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over turkey and top with Swiss cheese.
- Place sliders on the baking sheet, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until buns are golden brown.
