  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or fish sauce

Instructions
