  • 1 cup Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  2. Bake whole sweet potatoes on a foil-lined baking sheet for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. Once cooled, peel and mash sweet potatoes until smooth.
  4. Mix in granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, condensed milk, and eggs until well combined.
  5. Pour the filling into your prepared pie crust and spread evenly.
