  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (plus more for serving)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until frothy.
