- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chopped spinach and artichokes with softened cream cheese and Parmesan until smooth.
- Season the mixture with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir well.
- Place one tablespoon of filling on each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold diagonally to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Fry wontons in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
