Description

Spinach Artichoke Wontons are crispy, golden pockets filled with a creamy blend of spinach and artichokes, making them the perfect appetizer for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 oz) wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chopped spinach and artichokes with softened cream cheese and Parmesan until smooth.
  2. Season the mixture with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  3. Place one tablespoon of filling on each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold diagonally to seal.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry wontons in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
