  • 1 cup whole milk

  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk until just combined.
  6. For the cinnamon-sugar swirl, mix together cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mix over it, add remaining batter, and top with remaining cinnamon-sugar.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
