  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add fettuccine and cook until al dente according to package instructions (about 8-10 minutes). Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. 2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. 3. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until melted and smooth. Slowly incorporate lemon juice while stirring.
  4. 4. Fold in smoked salmon and chopped dill gently until combined.
  5. 5. Toss the drained pasta into the skillet with the sauce. Stir well to coat all strands, adding reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency is achieved.
