  3. Peel off the charred skins, chop peppers into bite-sized pieces, and combine in a mixing bowl with parsley and garlic.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture; season with salt and pepper. Toss gently until combined.
  5. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
