  • 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup canned pineapple chunks, packed in juice
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and chop pineapple into smaller pieces if necessary.
  2. In a bowl, combine minced chipotle peppers, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well to create the marinade.
