  • 1 cup sweet onions, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (any color), diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and bell peppers; sauté for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning; remove from heat and mix in the provolone cheese until melted.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  6. Spread the filling over half of the dough, fold over the other half, and seal the edges.
  7. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with olive oil, and cut slits on top for steam release.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
