  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), diced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, diced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
