- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and butter together until smooth.
- In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Sift cocoa powder and flour into the egg mixture; fold gently. Add salt and dollops of peanut butter for swirling.
- Pour half the brownie batter into the prepared pan, then add spoonfuls of remaining batter on top and swirl.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let cool completely before cutting.
