Instructions
- Rinse the brown rice under cold water and cook according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry until tender yet crisp (about 5 minutes).
- Add sliced beef to the skillet and sear until browned on all sides (3-4 minutes).
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and cabbage in the skillet. Stir well and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
