- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream (or milk)

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut circles to fit muffin tin.
- Grease the muffin tin with nonstick spray and place pastry circles into each cup.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and cream until combined. Stir in cheese, veggies, bacon or ham (if using), and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into each pastry cup until full but not overflowing.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
