Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Break kunafa noodles into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then pour over the kunafa noodles and mix until fully coated.
- Press the buttered kunafa mixture into muffin tins or silicone molds to form cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- While cups cool, whisk together milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently remove cooled kunafa cups from molds and fill each with cream mixture. Top with pistachios if desired before serving immediately.
