  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, chopped pecans, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted coconut oil and maple syrup together. Pour over the dry mixture until evenly coated.
