  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup high-quality cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Let hazelnuts cool slightly, then rub with a towel to remove skins.
  3. In a food processor, blend peeled hazelnuts until they form a creamy paste.
  4. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and salt. Blend until silky smooth.
