  • 6 garlic cloves, roasted
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup or BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Roast garlic cloves in foil for about 20 minutes until soft.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, roasted garlic (squeezed out), breadcrumbs, eggs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
