Instructions

  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in crushed candy canes gently.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  8. For frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add milk for desired consistency.
  9. Frost cooled cookie bars and top with additional crushed candy canes.
