Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the egg, milk, melted butter, and chopped strawberries. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fill each donut mold about two-thirds full with batter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown; cool on a wire rack.
  7. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with milk until smooth.
